The Omega Ploprof was built for one job: survive. Designed in collaboration with the French deep-sea research group COMEX for saturation diving operations, the asymmetric 55x48mm case was engineered to withstand pressures that would destroy a conventional watch. The crown locks under a steel guard. The pusher requires a tool to operate, preventing accidental bezel rotation at depth. Calibre 8912 runs 60 hours. This is not a watch that followed fashion. It invented its own category and dared anyone to argue with it. Box included.
